Order Changes & Exchanges

We kindly ask that you carefully review your order details—such as size, design, and quantity—before confirming your purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect selections (e.g., item type, size, design, or address) due to our quick processing.

If you notice an error, you have a 6-hour window from the time of order placement to cancel and reorder correctly. For any questions before placing your order, please contact us. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Cancelling Orders

You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placement. Requests made after this timeframe may not be accommodated, as your order could already be processing or shipping. A cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value will apply. To cancel, please contact us at [email protected].

Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item. After this period, all orders will be considered accepted, and refunds will not be issued.

Eligible Conditions for Returns

  • Item arrived damaged or shattered
  • Received a design different from what was ordered
  • Size or material does not match the order
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Product description does not match the item received

Condition of Returned Items

  • Items must be in original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with original tags intact.
  • Minor issues, such as stray threads, are not eligible for return.

To process your refund, please provide:

  • Shipping label/receipt
  • Proof of purchase
  • Evidence of defects
  • Relevant email screenshots

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which will not be deducted from your refund.

  • Our return policy is valid for 30 days from delivery. After this period, orders are considered accepted, and refunds cannot be issued.
  • Returns/exchanges are only eligible within the 30-day window.
  • There are no additional fees for returns, except for return shipping costs.
  • We cannot be responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit or those initiated without proper communication.
